I just love how you take joy in the little things in life! My son is the same way and sadly so is my DD. I guess they will have unbelievable immunity some day!
(I think I'm going to turn Sally's song suggestion into a motivating wash your hands song- thanks Sally!)

I don't get it. Who likes chicken poop (or any poop) on their hands?!

Still, it's funny what it takes to motivate a young hand washer. I'm guessing bug guts wouldn't quite do it. (Doesn't for my son at any rate.)

And while dung may justify handwashing, dung beetles do not apparently. I learned this yesterday.

And who knew a diet of dung could make a beetle so pretty?

Wow, here's hoping my Edward will be there one day.

It's not today. That's for sure. The boy bounced his soot-covered feet all over my white coverlet. Grrr.

You could make that into a song.

(to the tune of Girls Just Want to Have Fun)

sing: Boys just wanna be cle-an.

Now that I think about it, the eggs weren't sticky wet. The poop was dried, does that help?
