The end of the story is that it’s a spiral fracture with a bright pink cast on for the next four weeks. My poor girl! Thanks to all my Twitterfolk who lifted us up in prayer.
Very glad this didn’t happen on the Outer Banks, sand and non-waterproof casts don’t mix. Actually, I don’t think any type of cast works well with sand.
That’s all for now. This little adventure interrupted me from Total Vacation Recovery. Housework before blogging… for once. Ha.

How fun that she got a pink cast! The good news: kids this age recover so quickly. My daughter broke her leg on Christmas Day just before her second birthday. It definitely put a halt to our potty-training, but within four weeks she was running around like normal. She didn’t get a pink cast, though. I pray your next few weeks go quickly!
