Of course I would miss some of it, but the only thing that would truly upset me would be to lose my Bible, photos, and cameras. Once the shock of it all settled, if our basic needs were met for my family, I think that it would significantly simplify my life. I would probably breathe better, have greater focus, and a better perspective on life. Not that I want all my stuff to just be gone in such a manner, but I do want to shed my life of its periphery. That, however, is a very hard thing to do. Sometimes I'm totally motivated to do so, and other times I just can't.
